Fifteen Fifteen makes a dramatic statement, introducing horizontality to the structure of an urban tower and integrating its homes within the extraordinary landscape of one of the world’s most desirable cities. With glass cantilevered protrusions, which house a handful of select Observatory Residences and a double-height residents lounge. With over 200 units, its distinctive silhouette reaches out towards the water, mountains, and city.

The Library Parcel project anchors the future development of the LeBreton Flats precinct, a dynamic transit-oriented community near the Ottawa River and next to Ādisōke, Ottawa’s new central library. The  development has  600 new rental and  includes generous community amenities, views of Parliament Hill and the Ottawa River, and retail at grade, framing and animating a series of new  public spaces.

KPMB Architects and Perkins&Will Canada Corporation

This development will feature two condo towers with an 'outdoor living space' design concept. The north tower will contain 279 rental homes, including 224 market units and 55 below-market units, while the south tower will contain 278 rental homes, including 223 market units and 55 below-market units. 

Henriquez Partners Architects

This 3.8 acre residential development on Lakeshore Blvd will feature two main towers of 39 and 49 storeys on the eastern side, they are designed to work together as one sculptural element. On the west side of the property, the project will feature mid-rise buildings. Encouraging an active lifestyle, the development ties into the existing pedestrian realm with an arching pedestrian path connecting residents through the to the large park to the east, Sherbourne Commons. 

Hariri Pontarini Architects

This residence is bordered by a protected environmental which the building effectively wraps around, offering privacy and natural views for the residents. The fourth floor of the building allows a continuous terrace along the entire north elevation. The project is made up of two wings that are near mirror images of each other, with an amenity ‘building’ linking the two wings. In the amenity building is a fitness centre, a resident lounge, a meeting space and a terrace. This building is also going to have LEED certification making it a leader among multi-unit residential projects in the city for sustainability and energy efficiency. 

Project 1 Studio

A singular tower overlooking the vast beauty of Central Park. With balance, residents will find themselves in equilibrium, connected both to nature and all Metrotown has to offer. Central Park House will feature a double-height lobby, a multilevel amenity pavilion and is prominently cantilevered from midway up the tower. This thoughtfully designed tower will challenge the typical high-rise typology.

This stylish building showcases a sleek tower rising from a 6-storey  podium that extends around the building providing a stunning residential face at ground level. The contemporary façade of the tower will have a  prominent block design, making it a distinct addition to the Mississauga skyline.  Tucked in behind the podium is a curved “lifestyle canopy” on the second floor. Above it, a lushly landscaped canopy serves as a  sanctuary with over 10,000 sq. ft. of amazing outdoor amenity space connected to incredible indoor amenities.

Central Condos will be a 41 storey tower that rises from a podium in Toronto's Entertainment District. The 400+ unit tower design calls for a stunning glass clad exterior, outfitted with wraparound balconies.
