This residence is bordered by a protected environmental which the building effectively wraps around, offering privacy and natural views for the residents. The fourth floor of the building allows a continuous terrace along the entire north elevation. The project is made up of two wings that are near mirror images of each other, with an amenity ‘building’ linking the two wings. In the amenity building is a fitness centre, a resident lounge, a meeting space and a terrace. This building is also going to have LEED certification making it a leader among multi-unit residential projects in the city for sustainability and energy efficiency.
