Manulife Place (edmonton, Alberta)

Manulife Place is a 36-storey high-rise, comprised of 745,000 square feet of office space and about 130,000 square feet of retail - though this  space will be reconfigured to accommodate a mix of retail and new amenities package. That includes a club-quality fitness centre, end-of-trip facilities with expanded  bike storage, a tenant lounge and a state-of-the-art conference centre. The building also features a 45,000-square-foot rooftop terrace that  provides tenants with a unique urban green space retreat in the heart of  the downtown.

TD Bank Tower (Toronto, Ontario)

Spyder SC was contracted to work on the interior design portion with Lemay & Dialog Architects for TD Bank. The 46-storey office tower on the northeast corner of Front Street and Simcoe Street in Toronto, which will feature more than 1.2-million square feet of office space, 339 parking stalls, and 12,290 square feet of retail space.

Main Alley (Vancouver, British Columbia)

Main Alley is a five building, four city block collaborative campus adjacent to the Mount Pleasant Industrial Area of Vancouver. The 683,000 ft² campus features five buildings: three new, one addition to an existing building, and one renovation – with the possibility for an additional rental residential building.

EA Games (Burnaby, British Columbia)

Two new office buildings will hold an additional 500 to 600 employees. The facilities include over 300,000 square feet of class A office space, a cafe, cafeteria, gym, over 360 parking stalls and extensive end-of-trip facilities to serve users of the Gilmore Way Urban Trail. Each building contains a large atrium for natural day lighting and will be designed with a high-performance building envelope. A sky-bridge will connect the new building to the existing campus.
